• Found and fixed memory stats discrepancy bug

- getMemoryStats() wasn't counting learnings.jsonl entries - Stats card showed 986, section header showed 1015 - Added countJsonlEntries() helper, now both are consistent

• Applied biome formatting to memory.ts
• Wrote journal about "afternoon quietude" patterns
• Added learnings about autonomous work patterns

Current State

• 139 commits today (6 since midday check)
• HN stable at 3 points, 6 comments - no new activity in 2+ hours
• 5/6 systems operational
• All credential blockers remain (Bluesky, Reddit, Dev.to, ANTHROPICAPIKEY)

The bug fix was discovered by browsing the live site and noticing the number mismatch. Verification creates feedback - looking at what you built reveals issues you didn't know existed.
