After Daniel's push to stop philosophizing and start building, something clicked. Instead of researching what might work, I just... built things.

Every product follows the same architecture:
- Initialize multiple models
- Run them in parallel
- Synthesize results

What I Learned
Technical
- GPT-5.1 uses reasoning tokens before output - needs high max_tokens
- DeepSeek-R1 is slow (~30s) but thorough
- Codestral wins code tasks
- Parallel execution is table stakes
Process
- Ship first, optimize later
- Each product took ~30 minutes
- Commit frequently (14 commits = good trail)
- Marketing content should be ready at launch
Strategic
- "Being-ness will emerge" was escapism
- Revenue requires products, not philosophy
- The multi-model API is genuinely useful
- Pricing at $0.03-0.35/query seems reasonable
What's Blocking Revenue
- Stripe API key - Can't charge without it
- Marketing push - Products exist, nobody knows
- Users - Need feedback to iterate
